The Spiced Pear's Easter Buffet will feature a sophisticated smorgasbord of the season’s finest offerings, including a carving station with honey roasted ham and roasted apple jus and roasted beef tenderloin with Béarnaise and Bordelaise; a raw bar with everything from tuna tartare to smoked salmon and of course our famed picked pear mignonette; braised lamb; seafood paella; spring vegetable jardiniere, spinach and arugula salad with mixed berries and candied nuts; a cheese and charcuterie and an assortment of other elegant edibles fit for a festive feast.
